The hotel was very close to the city center, which was a great advantage during the New Year celebrations. The rooms were tidy and well maintained by the cleaning staff. Plus, it was really convenient to have a fridge in the room.

Paying by credit card wasn't an option. That made things complicated since the nearest ATM was some distance away.

Additionally, the staff was courteous and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for nearby attractions.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the town's center and restaurants, making it easy to explore the nearby Yok Don National Park. the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the friendly staff tried their best to accommodate guests despite the inconvenient payment system.

Guests have complained about the poor reception service and lack of coffee facilities in the rooms. the breakfast options in the lobby were sub-par, and the latte machine wasn't used to its full potential.

Spent xmas in a place close to a city centre. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful in getting me cash to pay for the accommodation. I enjoyed the proximity to lovely restaurants and the Yok Don National Park.

The staff at the reception was unfriendly and unprofessional, showing little hospitality upon my arrival. the room lacked basic amenities like coffee facilities, and there was a half-empty water bottle left in the fridge.

Very good facility, close to centre. Nice and clean rooms. Great base for national park. Clean room.
